We recommend you read our Returns Policy before making a purchase from My Lovely Baby website, so you are familiar with our policy on refunds, returns and repairs.

We also recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you or that you collect from our stores, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods.

This Returns Policy applies where you make a purchase from MLB GROUP SDN BHD ( 1219989-X ) .

 

What is the returns process?

Returns must be done within seven (7) days starting from the day that you received the goods (Based on courier service record or the date collected). You may return your order (or items) for any of the following reasons:

  • You received the wrong item in your package or the item has a manufacturing defect (excluding goods marked as display set items or clearance goods).
  • Besides, our requirements for returns are as follows:
    1. Proof of purchase (order invoice number or receipt).
    2. The goods must be in new condition, returned in the original selling condition and unopened packaging along with all original accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity, label tag, security seal) and any free gifts, vouchers received with it.
    3. The returned product must not been used or installed.

*Car seat can be exchanged if not suitable for car installation or kids used while the product and packaging is in original condition.

 


 

Under what conditions is/are the product non-returnable:

  1. Items that have been purchased for more than seven (7) days based on courier service record or the date collected.
  2. The item was purchased for someone else who simply does not want it.
  3. The item has no defects. You changed mind because of wrong selection, colour, size, model or specification, product not meeting expectation; or simply found it cheaper elsewhere. 
  4. Hygiene: Personal Care Products, inner wear, underwear, breastpump & accessories, bottles, storage bags & maternity product cannot be returned unless they are unopened and in their original packaging.
  5. Once Installed or Used : Swing, highchair, playpen and Mattresses
  6. Display unit, auction item, product from FB Live sessions and clearance goods are strictly non-refundable. You are required to make a complete inspection to assess the item before purchasing. These items are sold on "as is, where is" basis.

 

If your return meets all the requirements above and you wish to proceed with the return:

  1. Please have your order invoice number & order ID ready and contact our team:

  1. We will verify the return reason and arrange for return. We will conduct an evaluation within seven (7) working days starting from the day we received your returned items.

 

  1. If your return is valid, we will process your refund or replacement based on requested. Refund will be in same payment mode that was made in the original purchase.

    If your return is not valid, we will notify you and arrange the items to be returned to you. For the items to be returned, delivery fee will be charged. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund.

 

  1. Exchange is only allowed for the same item. If that item is out of stock, you can choose a different online items to exchange:
  1. if the new item is of a higher price, you will pay for the difference in amount,
  2. if the new item is of a lower price, there is NO cash refund provided.

 



 

Returns and Refunds FAQ 

Returns

1. Do I have to pay for shipping when I return my purchase?

  • We will cover for return shipping for faulty products on date of arrival within seven (7) working days after verify and assess the return reason and arrange for you.
  • Our company will exchange & cover shipping fee for manufacture defect, open box defect or defect during transit.
  • Customer will cover shipping fee for warranty claim.
  • If item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you at your cost. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund.

 

2. What if my product is damaged in transit?

  • If any goods are delivered to you are damaged, kindly contact us within seven (7) working days of receiving the delivery.
  • We will arrange to have the damaged goods returned and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you after we received the returned item.
  • Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.
  • New purchase: The company will responsible if our shipment is lost or damaged during delivery to customer.
  • Returned parcel: The goods are customer’s responsibility until it reaches My Lovely Baby warehouse, so make sure it is packed properly and cannot get any damages on the way. 
  • We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund.

 

3. What if my product is faulty or defective?

If you found the goods is faulty or defective, kindly contact us within seven (7) working days of receiving the delivery and we will determine if the product is faulty or defective and offer you one of the following options:

  • Replacement: We will ship or you may choose to self-collect the same product that you ordered after confirm with our team.
  • Service: You may have the product repaired if after warranty period; however, once serviced the product is no longer entitled for replacement. Shipping fee will be on customer coverage.

 

This progress may include quality checking on the goods, arranging for the goods to be sent for repair, or providing you with a replacement. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund.

 

4. If warranty is 1 year warranty, is this can be 1 time warranty or can be few times warranty within 1 year ?

Warranty is based on supplier.

 

 

Refunds

1. How long will it take for me to receive a refund?

Your returned items, together with your return slip, are usually received and accepted at our warehouse within seven (7) working days after the courier company picks up the package from you. A refund will be issued shortly after we receive your items from the courier company.


It may take up to fourteen (14) working days, subject to processing duration of the bank.

 

2. How will I be refunded?

  • Refund will be done through ipay88 or bank online transfer with a processing fee of at least 2% to be advise later within fourteen (14) working days.
  • Refund in store credit to your website member account for future purchases (website purchase) is available & it will be proceed within two (2) working days. Please note that we do not provide cash refund.
  • If delivery has taken, the refund will exclude delivery charges have been paid.


3. I’ve changed my mind & would like to cancel my order. Will I be refunded?

We regret to inform that any cancellations due to a change of mind will not be accepted. If the item delivered is the correct item ordered and is not defective, it will not be considered for a refund. 


We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
