i) The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition.
ii) The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received.
iii) Open box defect only can be claimed within 7 days from the date that received from courier service (based on the tracking) / collect from store (based on the collected date).
iv) Goods defects after 7 days from the date that received from courier service (based on the tracking) / collected from store (based on the collected date) will consider as warranty case (send back to supplier / service center ) which is not entittled for 1 to 1 exchange new unit from My Lovely Baby Store.
v) If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.
vi) If you change your mind about a product or service, you’re not automatically entitled to a refund or exchange.
MLB GROUP SDN BHD ( 1219989-X ) will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 7-14 working days after the confirmation.
